Listing Standards and Re-review

The minimum standard for a listing on the marketplace, and which changes send a listing back for review.

Version 2.0 · Effective 28 July 2026

The official legal document is provided in English.

Artistover is operated by Artistover Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17285593, whose registered office is at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.

A customer choosing between listings can only judge what they can see. This policy sets the standard a listing must meet to be on the marketplace and to stay there.

1. Completeness

A listing must give a customer enough to make a decision without having to ask basic questions.

  • A clear description of what is delivered, and what is not.
  • The correct category and subcategories.
  • At least one package or a stated pricing basis, with the price complete.
  • Photographs or video of your own work, or of the actual venue.
  • Location, coverage area and travel terms.
  • Duration, capacity or numbers, whichever applies.
  • Availability that reflects reality.
  • A cancellation policy.
  • For venues, capacity by layout, licensing hours, accessibility and house rules.

2. Accuracy

Everything published must be true at the time it is published and must be kept true. A listing that was accurate a year ago and is wrong today is a breach of this policy.

Prices must include everything unavoidable. Photographs must be of your work or your venue. Capacity must be lawful. Credentials must be held. Availability must be honoured.

3. Responsiveness and delivery

Respond to enquiries and requests within a reasonable time. Accept or decline rather than letting a request expire.

Deliver what you accepted, on the date accepted, to a reasonable professional standard. Turn up on time and communicate if anything changes.

4. Ongoing monitoring

We monitor listing quality using completeness, accuracy reports, response rates, decline rates after showing availability, cancellation rates, dispute rates, review content and complaints.

A listing falling below the standard may lose visibility while the issue is fixed. We will tell you what needs to change.

5. Warnings, restriction and removal

Where a listing falls short, we normally warn first and give you a chance to fix it. Where the problem is repeated, or the provider does not engage, we restrict visibility, pause new bookings, unpublish the listing, or remove it.

A listing is removed immediately, without a warning, where it is unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or presents a serious risk to customers.

Removal of a listing does not cancel bookings already confirmed on it. Those remain your responsibility to deliver unless we tell you otherwise.

6. Changes that trigger a new review

Some changes affect what a customer was relying on, so the listing goes back for review before the change is published.

  • A change of primary category.
  • A change of the business or the ownership behind the listing.
  • A change of the service type actually being delivered.
  • A change of venue address, or the addition of a new space.
  • A change of capacity, layout or accessibility information.
  • A change to licences, insurance or credentials.
  • A change of pricing model, such as moving between hire-led and menu-led pricing.
  • A major change to package contents.

Confirmed bookings are preserved through a re-review and continue on the terms recorded when they were confirmed. Where a change materially affects a confirmed booking, we will tell the affected customers, and the change must be agreed with them rather than applied to their booking.

Ordinary edits, such as improving wording, swapping a photograph or adjusting a price for future bookings, do not trigger a review.

7. Contact
