Artistover operates as a marketplace facilitator connecting clients with independent service providers. We do not directly provide entertainment, performance, or event services. Any reliance you place on information obtained through the Platform is strictly at your own risk.

Artistover does not guarantee the quality, safety, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any services listed by providers on the Platform. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Artistover. We do not:

• Endorse, certify, or verify the qualifications of any service provider.
• Guarantee the accuracy of provider profiles, descriptions, portfolios, or reviews.
• Assume responsibility for the performance, conduct, or reliability of any provider.
• Warrant that services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting and engaging service providers. We recommend reviewing provider profiles, ratings, reviews, and cancellation policies before making a booking.

The Platform includes AI-powered features such as an event planning assistant (powered by Anthropic Claude), AI cover image generation (powered by Google Imagen 4), smart event suggestions, and automated content recommendations. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI outputs are provided as-is for convenience and inspiration. They may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unsuitable suggestions.
• Artistover makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content, including text, images, plans, budgets, timelines, or recommendations.
• Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before use, publication, or reliance.
• AI-generated images undergo automated safety moderation but may not reflect real people, places, or events. They should not be represented as photographs or factual depictions.
• AI features are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

The Platform relies on third-party services to deliver its functionality. These include, but are not limited to:

• Stripe: Payment processing and provider payouts.
• Supabase: Database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI event assistant and content moderation.
• Google (Imagen 4): AI image generation.
• MapBox: Event location mapping and geocoding.
• Sentry: Error tracking and performance monitoring.
• PostHog: Behavioural analytics (EU instance).
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.

Artistover is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or data handling practices of any third-party service. Outages, changes in terms, or data processing practices of third-party providers are outside our control. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of service of these providers independently.

The Platform may contain links to external websites or resources that are not operated or controlled by Artistover. We do not endorse, monitor, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing external links is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any external site you visit.

Any pricing, budget estimates, financial projections, or cost breakdowns displayed on the Platform — whether entered by users, calculated by the Platform, or suggested by AI features — are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, a binding quote, or a guarantee of final costs. Actual costs may vary based on provider pricing, booking terms, applicable taxes, currency exchange rates, and other factors.

The 3% service fee charged to clients is clearly disclosed during the checkout process and is the only platform fee. Providers set their own pricing independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artistover, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of services booked through the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services or third-party integrations.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any conduct of third parties on or related to the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, including negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability, even if Artistover has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
