Referral Programme Terms

Eligible accounts receive a referral code and a matching QR code, shown on the referral card in your account dashboard. Share either with people you are inviting to Artistover.

The code identifies you. Keep it accurate to your own account and do not create additional accounts to generate more codes.

A referral is tracked when Artistover receives your code during the other person's sign-up and attaches it to their new account. Your tracked signup count updates once the account is recorded.

Referrals are for new users. Someone who already has an Artistover account cannot normally be attributed to a referrer. Where attribution needs correcting, it is done through an audited admin review rather than by editing account data.

Where more than one code could apply, the code recorded at sign-up wins. Attribution is not transferred later.

A reward is earned on the Artistover platform fee actually retained from eligible bookings and ticket sales made by the person you referred.

It is not calculated from the gross booking value. Payment-processing costs, taxes, refunded amounts, reversed amounts and any part of a transaction Artistover does not keep are excluded.

Standard accounts earn 10% of the Artistover platform fee retained from eligible referred provider bookings and ticket revenue.

The standard programme has no monetary reward cap.

Approved business development partners may hold custom terms of up to 50% of the retained platform fee. Custom terms are agreed in writing and recorded against the referral code.

Earnings run for six calendar months from the referred account's first revenue-generating booking or ticket transaction. Transactions after that period do not earn a reward.

The following do not earn a referral reward.

Rewards are reviewed before payment. Once approved, they follow the payout cadence for cleared revenue after the underlying booking or ticket transaction has completed and settled.

To receive a reward you need completed payout setup. Rewards for an account without it are held until it is complete.

Where a reward has been paid and the underlying transaction is later refunded or charged back, the reward is reversed and recovered under our Payments and Payouts terms.

Share your code directly, or show the QR code in person. Do not spam, do not post it where it breaches another platform rules, and do not imply that Artistover endorses claims you make while promoting it.

Do not make claims about earnings, demand or Artistover features that we have not published.

Fabricated signups, self-referral, coordinated referral rings, use of automated systems, and manipulation of attribution are breaches of these terms and of our Acceptable Use policy.

We may withhold or reverse rewards, remove a code, and close accounts involved. Where money has already been paid out on a fraudulent referral, it becomes a debt owed to Artistover.

We may change the rate, the qualifying period or the rules of the programme, or end it entirely, on at least 30 days' notice.

Rewards already earned on transactions that have completed before a change takes effect are honoured on the terms that applied at the time.
