Pre-launch and Beta Terms

Features may be added, changed, delayed or withdrawn. Screens may look different from one visit to the next. Some tools are released to a limited group before wider release.

Where a change affects something you have already agreed, such as a confirmed booking or a published price, we will honour what was agreed at the time.

Access to parts of the platform may require approval, an invitation or an allowlist. Categories, locations and payment features may be enabled progressively.

A listing may remain unpublished or under review for longer than it will once the marketplace is fully open.

Listing on Artistover during pre-launch does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, revenue, ranking or visibility. Marketplace demand builds as customers arrive.

Any figure we share about expected traffic, launch timing or category demand is an estimate and not a commitment.

During pre-launch, data may be migrated, re-indexed, corrected or removed as the taxonomy, the schema and the moderation rules settle. We will avoid touching your content where we can, and we will tell you if something you authored is affected.

Test data and demonstration content are removed before a category opens to customers.

A feature marked as early access, preview or beta is provided as it is. It may be less reliable, may lack support, and may change without notice.

Feedback you give us about a pre-release feature may be used to improve the product without obligation or payment. You keep any rights you already hold in what you send us.
