AI Features and Generated Content

AI helps with drafting and improving listing descriptions, suggesting tags and categories, structuring packages, reading an uploaded menu into editable items, summarising an event brief, and suggesting relevant options as you type.

It is designed to be part of the product rather than a separate assistant, so in many places it simply makes a field smarter rather than announcing itself.

AI does not publish a listing, accept or decline a booking, set a price you have not seen, send a message on your behalf, take a payment, issue a refund, or make a decision that binds you.

A suggestion is a draft. Nothing produced by AI takes effect until you have reviewed it and chosen to use it.

AI-generated text can be wrong, out of date, or confidently inaccurate. Before you publish a suggestion, check that it describes what you actually deliver, that the prices and inclusions are right, that any claim you make is true, and that you have the rights to any content involved.

If a suggestion says you hold a qualification, cover an area, or provide something you do not, publishing it makes it your misleading listing, not the model output.

Where a feature generates an image, that image does not depict a real person, a real place or a real event. It must not be presented as a photograph of your work, of your venue, or of an event that took place.

Use generated imagery for decoration and atmosphere, not as evidence of what a customer will receive. Listing photographs must be of the actual service or venue, as our Listing Standards policy requires.

To produce a useful suggestion we send the relevant context: the listing or event you are working on, what you have typed, and the marketplace categories and options available to you.

We do not send identity documents, payment details, or the content of private messages between users to AI providers for feature suggestions.

We use a controlled set of AI providers, all covered by agreements that prevent them from training their models on your content. We do not sell your content to AI companies and we do not use private customer data to train a public model.

AI features may be unavailable, may be limited, and may change. Where an AI feature cannot run, the underlying tool still works and you can complete the task yourself.

Some AI features consume credits or are tied to a plan. Where a feature costs you something, we tell you before you use it.

We use automated processing to rank search results, suggest relevant listings and match briefs to providers. Ranking takes account of relevance to the search, listing completeness and accuracy, availability, responsiveness, distance, and the outcome of previous bookings.

Providers cannot pay for a higher position in search results. Where a placement is paid or promotional, it is labelled.

No automated decision on this platform produces a legal effect on you or something similarly significant without a person being involved. Removing a listing, closing an account and deciding a dispute are all decided by a person.
